Damascus Water Board Meeting
Damascus Town Hall

5:00 PM Tuesday, March 10, 2026
 
The Water Board meeting was called to order at 5:00 PM on March 10, 2026, by Jeff Riddle.
 
1) All members were present.
 
2) The Pledge of Allegiance was recited, and Joe Jones opened the meeting with prayer.
 
3) Jason Pavatt made a motion to approve the minutes of the November Water Board Meeting. Second
    Jim Burcham. All Yes.
 
4) Daniel Hollinger with Garver, gave the Engineering Firm Presentation.
 
5) Jim Burcham made a motion to approve the Engineering Contract for presentation to the Town Council  
    for final approval. Second Jason Pavatt. All Yes.
 
6) The Long-Range Plans were discussed. These plans were included in the member packets.
 
7) The February 2026 Water Reports were reviewed. These reports were included in the member packets.
 
8) The February 2026 Financials were reviewed. These reports were included in the member packets.
 
9) Jeff Riddle reminded the members about the training that each Water Board Member had to complete
    within a year.
 
10) Theodore Brown made a motion to adjourn. Second Jason Pavatt. All Yes.
